　　There are many ways which help to build up one�餾 self�瞔onfidence.Firstly,rich knowedge is necessary.That is to say,he should not only be good at his speciality but also widen the span of knowledge.Then whatever condition he will face up to in the future,he can deal with it easily.Secondly,achieving set�瞮p goal is also essential for one to keep self�瞔onfidence.He should set up different goal according to different stage.Once he accomplishes his set�瞮p goal on time,self�瞔onfidence will be there.And this cycle will go round and round until “good is better,and better best”.Finally,it is clear that self�瞔onfidence is connected to full understanding about oneself.Only by understanding himself fully can he make the best use of his advantage and avoid potential troubles caused by his disadvantage.
As for me,I build up my self�瞔onfidence by improving myself.By reading more,I acquire rich knowledge and by working hard,I achieve my set�瞮p goal step by step.With self�瞔onfidence,I enjoy myself now.

　　A beautiful and healthy figure is everyone�餾 dream.However,not everyone can fulfill this dream.Overweight people often have to find ways to lose weight.

　　In normal healthy people,weight is gained by taking in more calories than the body needs.Therefore,if you want to lose weight,you either have to eat fewer calories or find ways to use up more calories than you take in.Dieting is probably the most popular way of losing weight,because when on a diet,you are eating fewer calories.

　　However,the body needs many elements in order to stay healthy,and “fad” or starvation diets are bad because they are not nutritiously balanced.A better way of dieting is to keep track of everything you eat,either by your own careful choices or by buying,for a week at a time,the packaged meals sold by some diet companies.If you do not normally exercise,you should also begin sensible exercises for your age and life style to help your body use up calories.

　　In short,a combined effort of reducing the calories you eat and using up more calories than usual through exercises should help you shed off part of your weight.

　　Nowadays population growth is under control in most parts of the country,but unplanned birth still prevails in poor rural areas.This problem seriously affects the nation�餾 population policy and threatens to hinder the development of economy.

　　Many ways can contribute to solving this serious problem,but the following ones may be most effective.First of all,the migratory population must be strictly controlled and managed so that planned parenthood can be enforced among the rural people who make their living by go from place to place.Besides,when illegal pregnancy is found,compulsory abortion must be resorted to; and heavy penalty must be imposed on those who have unplanned birth.Finally,people in poor rural area must be educated about the harmfulness of an uncontrolled population and about the relation between population explosion and poverty,thus inducing them to observe family planning conscientiously.

　　These are not the best and the only measures we can take.But it should be noted that we are obliged to take strong actions to control unplanned birth.Otherwise our economy will be endangered and our social development will come to a stop.
