　　考察兩個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)。兩個(gè)否定分句的并列結(jié)構(gòu)，后一個(gè)否定詞開(kāi)頭的分句中，主謂部分要倒裝。nor的倒裝句用法，后半句表示“也不”的否定意義，注意助動(dòng)詞的時(shí)態(tài)與上半句保持一致;“作解釋”的表達(dá)，考察了漢譯英中動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)名詞的技巧，explain →explanation，或者give an explanation.(注意別寫(xiě)錯(cuò)了explanation，需要去掉i的)

　　John 冒著自己的生命危險(xiǎn)救落水兒童

　　解析：at the risk of his own life

　　考察“冒著…的危險(xiǎn)/風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做某事”的詞組搭配：at the risk of sth. ，可以用at the expense of one’s own life(冒著某人的生命危險(xiǎn)做某事)“冒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”可以用risk (doing) sth.

　　90. George called his boss from the airport but it(接電話的卻是他的助手).

　　George 從機(jī)場(chǎng)打電話給他的老板，接電話的卻是他的助手。

　　解析：was his assistant who answered / picked up the phone

　　這句比較靈活，在句法上，既可以使用強(qiáng)調(diào)句結(jié)構(gòu)，也可以采用turn out的慣用搭配(turned out that his assistant answered / picked up the phone);在“接電話”的表達(dá)上，可以用pick up / answer the phone.

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)句結(jié)構(gòu)為it be sb. who do sth. ,而turn out變化則較多，可以用turn out to be sb. who do sth.或者turn out + that + 從句。

　　91. Although he was interested in philosophy, his father__________________________(他的父親說(shuō)服他)majoring in law.

　　盡管他對(duì)哲學(xué)感興趣，但是他父親說(shuō)服他去修法律。

　　解析：persuaded him into / talked him into
