　　一. 申請(qǐng)信

　　模板句型：

　　開(kāi)頭句：傳達(dá)寫(xiě)作目的

　　I am writing in response to your advertisement in …

　　I am writing to express my interest in…

　　I would like to apply for …

　　結(jié)束句：表達(dá)希望與感謝

　　Thank you for considering my application. I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future.

　　Your prompt response will be much appreciated.

　　I should be pleased to attend for an interview at your convenience, when I could give you further details concerning myself.

　　(注：申請(qǐng)信，求職信，推薦信寫(xiě)法相似。每篇開(kāi)頭都要點(diǎn)明目的，但是主體部分都可以從個(gè)人能力教育背景來(lái)說(shuō)，注意申請(qǐng)信是以第一人稱來(lái)寫(xiě)，而推薦信是以第三人稱來(lái)寫(xiě)。)

　　結(jié)尾局：期待解決方案

　　I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.

　　I believe you will take my complaints seriously, I would ask you to give back my money, or I would file my complaint to the authorities concerned.
