三、求職信

1、求職信是求職者寫給招聘單位的信函。求職信是自我表白，其目的和作用要是讓人事主管看，因人事主管有太多的求職信函要看，因此要簡明扼要。語言注意點求職信不同于簡歷。在介紹自己情況時，不可面面俱到，否則篇幅過長，反而不易得到重視。應重點突出與所應聘職位相關的自己的特點及特長。語言要有禮貌，要能體現(xiàn)出誠懇的態(tài)度和對工作的渴求。

2、求職信的內容一般包括以下部分：

(1)寫信的緣由； 　

(2)個人情況簡介，例如；年齡、性別、文化程度、工作經歷、工作技能、個人專長等；

(3)推薦人或證明人姓名以供錄用方查詢； 　

(4)約定面試時間。通常隨求職信附上個人簡歷和兩三封推薦信。

4、常用表達：

(1) I see your advertisement in yesterday’s China Daily that…

(2) I am interested in the post/ I should like to apply for the post of which you advertised in yesterday’s China Daily…

(3) I should be very much like to be considered for the post of… which was advertised in…

(4) I am looking for a job as… and would be grateful if you would consider me for such a post in your firm.

(5) I am looking forward to your early reply/the interview.

(6) I look forward to hearing from you and I do hope I shall have the opportunity of an interview
